Kitchen Team
Head Chef Paresh and Sous Chef with Commis are responsible for food production in the kitchen. Our kitchen assistants are a big part of the SJB family.
Front House Staff
Front of the pub is managed by Pratyasha with the help of waiting staffs. During our busy season they are joined by the students from the local community. Amit is one of the business partners, helping the team on weekend, who we wouldn’t be without.
